LOCAL DELIVERY
Kraftangan OK operates and delivers daily from 9am till 6pm. We will only process your order upon receipt of payment.
Orders and payments received (Monday to Saturday) before 1PM (Malaysia time) can be delivered within same day from 2pm till 6pm. Otherwise, the orders will be delivered on the next working day, upon confirmation of orders and payments. No delivery on Sunday.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Kraftangan OK will have a flat rate charges RM12 with the purchase not more than RM300 for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak.
Note: For customer Sabah & Sarawak only, customer will pay extra cost for postage.
