We operates and delivers Monday till Saturday, from 9am till 6pm. We will only process your order upon receipt of payment.
Orders and payments received (Monday to Saturday) before 1pm (Malaysia time) can be delivered within same day from 2pm till 6pm. No delivery on Sunday. Special order delivery can be done on Sunday upon a day earlier ordering.

For all orders, we have reserved the rights to substitute the content if materials are unavailable, but we promise to deliver the same value as the one originally promised.
The customer is responsible to ensure that your recipient is present at the address at the time of delivery. No refund will be issued if the flowers have been duly delivered to the address as prescribed by the customer. In the event a delivery is re-scheduled or re-routed upon the request of your recipient or you, a re-delivery fee will be apply depending on your recipient’s location.
Cancellation is not allowed when the delivery and payment has been made.
